MenaJACKSONMena Jackson of Perranwell Station died at home on 6 October 2020, aged 97 years after a short illness. With an independent spirit to the end, Mena's final weeks were spent as she wished, in her own home surrounded by her much loved garden with her daughters by her side. Thank you to all Mena's friends, neighbours and carers who supported her in recent years. We will all miss Mena with her lovely smile and 'joie de vivre' - Gorffwys mewn hedd Mena. A private funeral service will be held at graveside on Monday, 19 October. Please join the family to celebrate Mena's life as she sets out on her final journey at 11.45am. Mena was very concerned that hedgehogs are now rarely seen in Cornwall so If you would like to make a donation for Mena we would like it to be to The Cornwall Wildlife's Trust Hedgehog Appeal - www.cornwallwildlifetrust.org.uk/hedgehog-appeal-you-can-help-them
